3. Shipping Charges

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. YunayLife will not be held liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link shared via email or SMS.

REFUND Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only at the time of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Customers must check the product at the doorstep before accepting delivery.

  • Once accepted in good condition, no returns or refunds will be processed later.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or altered items cannot be returned.

3. Refund Process

  • If a refund is approved (due to a damaged or incorrect product), it will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
