ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• Customers are requested to inspect the package and product carefully at the time of delivery before accepting the order.
• Once a product is accepted in good condition, it will be considered successfully delivered and no return, exchange, or refund request will be accepted thereafter.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products that have been used, washed, worn, or altered
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Products damaged due to customer handling after delivery

REFUND PROCESS

• If a refund request is approved after verification, the refund will be processed within approximately 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
• Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.
